Refund Policy Effective Date: June 14, 2026 Classical Oasis (a trademark of Framescape Media LLC) sells digital music downloads only. No physical goods are shipped. 1. All Sales Are Final Because our products are digital files delivered instantly and permanently to your account, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the download has been made available. This applies to both full albums and individual tracks. 2. Problems With Your Download Your satisfaction matters. If you are unable to access or download the files you purchased, or if a file appears corrupted or incomplete, please contact us at support@classicaloasis.co within 30 days of your purchase. We will help resolve the issue, including re-issuing your secure download links at no charge. 3. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error, contact support@classicaloasis.co with your order number. We will review and correct any verified billing error promptly. 4. Chargebacks If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we can usually resolve access or billing issues faster than a payment dispute.
